Bruno Roca Grau 

Partner and Co-Founder of J.A. Cremades y Asociados.

Admitted to the Paris, Madrid and Valencia Bars.

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in competition law, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also specialises in commercial mediation and arbitration, acting as counsel and arbitrator in both ad hoc and institutional proceedings before leading domestic and international arbitration centres, including the CMAP (Paris), the Madrid Court of Arbitration, the Barcelona Arbitration Court, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA-OHADA).

He has extensive experience advising on real estate transactions and investments and is an Avocat Mandataire en Transactions Immobilières, as well as a member of the Association des Avocats Mandataires en Transactions Immobilières (AAMTI).

He is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars and contributes to publications in his areas of expertise.

Alfonso Andrés Anadón

Partner. He joined the Paris office of J.A. Cremades y Asociados in 2001, where he practised until 2015. Since June 2015, he has co-headed the firm’s Madrid office.

Admitted to the Zaragoza Bar in 2000 and the Paris Bar in 2007.

He advises clients on both Spanish and French law, with a particular focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, contract law and corporate law.

He also has recognised expertise in real estate law, as well as in litigation and arbitration, in both domestic and international matters.

Law Degree from the University of Zaragoza.

After preparing for the Spanish competitive examinations and beginning his professional career in Zaragoza, he subsequently developed his practice in France.

He taught at the École de Formation Professionnelle des Barreaux de la Cour d’Appel de Paris (EFB) from 2003 to 2015 and has also spoken at seminars and conferences.

He is a member of the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA) and other professional associations.

Jean Marc Sánchez Landreau

Partner.

Admitted to the Madrid and Paris Bars.

A former General Counsel, he specialises in Franco-Spanish business law, advising a wide range of French and international clients on their operations in Spain, as well as Spanish clients on their business activities in France.

He holds an LL.M. in European and International Law from the College of Europe (Bruges) and the University of Connecticut (UConn).

Since 2020, he has served as the International Delegate of the Barcelona Bar Association in Paris. He is a founding member of the Cercle Montesquieu and founder and former Chair of the Franco-Spanish Commission of the Paris Bar Association. He also taught International Commercial Law at ILERI between 2013 and 2016.

He is an active member of several professional associations and regularly contributes to their activities.

Caroline Bonnardel

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006.

After gaining experience with several law firms, she joined J.A. Cremades y Asociados in 2014.

She advises corporate groups, businesses and private clients primarily on contract law, copyright law and employment law.

She also regularly represents clients in court proceedings and debt recovery matters.

Law Degree from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, complemented by postgraduate studies in business law, international and European Union law, and intellectual property law at the University of Paris.

Héctor Ramos Castejón

Admitted to the Madrid Bar in 2014.

After collaborating with several law firms, he joined J.A. Cremades y Asociados in 2014.

He advises corporate groups, businesses and private clients primarily on civil and commercial law matters.

He regularly represents clients in arbitration proceedings and court litigation, with particular expertise in banking disputes.

Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid (2012).

Miguel Ángel Alonso García

Admitted to the Madrid Bar in 1987.

He has devoted his entire professional career to employment law. From January 2002 to September 2016, he practised at Pradas y Cebrián, a law firm specialising in employment law, where he advised primarily financial institutions on a broad range of labour and employment matters.

He joined J.A. Cremades y Asociados in October 2017 as Head of the Employment Law Department.

He has extensive experience in employment law, with particular expertise in collective redundancy procedures (EREs), employment litigation, the preparation of legal opinions, and day-to-day employment law advisory work.

Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.

He has lectured on Employment Law at various academic institutions and contributed to the drafting of the textbook Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social, published by Editorial Tecnos. He has also authored numerous articles for specialist legal publications.

Iker Romero

His practice focuses on tax and commercial law.

He advises clients on a broad range of tax matters, with particular experience in tax disputes, tax penalty proceedings, general taxation and contract law.

Law Degree from IE University, complemented by studies in English Law at The University of Law.

He subsequently completed the Master's Degree for Admission to the Legal Profession, specialising in Tax Law, at the Comillas Pontifical University.

He further enhanced his legal training with studies in Business Management at the Graduate School of Management in Saint Petersburg and participated in several entrepreneurial projects in the technology sector.

Noelia Fernández Jara

Admitted to the Madrid Bar in 2016.

She began her legal career at Jurismedia, where she practised family law, while also collaborating with other law firms on commercial law matters.

She joined the Employment Law Department of J.A. CREMADES Y ASOCIADOS in 2019.

She regularly advises and represents clients in employment, commercial and family law matters.
